What's kosher for Passover?
Interesting article that gives one rabbi's take on what should and should not be kosher for Passover. For example, why can't we eat peas? Peas aren't used to make bread, right? They aren't leavening agents, right? I like this rabbi's way of thinking, which is that "To observe unnescessary restrictions can lead to ridicule and disrespect for Torah". Amen to that. Hmm, unnecessary restrictions...sounds like some other religions we've heard of on the news lately....
